The problem
I do not know why but the account settings are not saved inside the .pst files so each time you install a brand new machine, you have to create again all your mail accounts.
If you have many account this can be really boring.
The solution
The accounts settings are save in the registry, so it is enought to export the followin registry key and then restore it on the new computer.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook
There is just one side effect, the passwords should be entered by hand. Anyway it’s better to retype the passwords instead of all the settings.
